The Cinema without Barriers application is an application for mobile devices (smartphones), developed by the Government of Colombia through the Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies (MinTIC), so that people with visual, hearing and cognitive disabilities in Colombia can enjoy accessibility services through the reproduction of audio description, sign language and subtitles of certain films and short films.Cinema without Barriers is part of the ICT Inclusion initiative led by the ICT Ministry and which seeks to eliminate barriers and offer new entertainment spaces accessible thanks to ICT.
